Rajdeepak Das will host a performance and conversation with Gingger Shankar on June 20
At this week’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Rajdeepak Das, chief creative officer of Leo Burnett India, will be hosting “Rare Instruments: The Beauty of Artists in the Shadows.” The event is both a performance and conversation with the musician and filmmaker Gingger Shankar. The event will take place Monday, June 20, at 2:30 at the Forum.
Das, in addition to his position as CCO, is ranked among the top 10 most-awarded executive creative directors in the Asia-Pacific region, having earned more than 150 awards from Cannes and the Ones Show to Spikes Asia and more. He was appointed CCO of Leo Burnett India in June 2014.
Shankar is a celebrated musician, film composer and documentarian (“Nari,” 2015). She is also a master of the double violin, which condenses all the string instruments in an orchestra down to a single performer.
