Leo Burnett Madrid wins FABulous Honor for Food Retailer DIA
Leo Burnett Madrid’s campaign “Novelized Recipes” for multinational food retailer DIA won the highest honor, a FABulous Award, in the Collateral & Point of Sale category at last night’s 17th International Food and Beverage Creative Excellence (FAB) Awards in London.
The spot features a woman captivated by one of six recipes that have been turned into mini-novels. Interspersed throughout the plots — ranging from horror to romance — are cooking instructions in red, and the cadence of each story mirrors the precise timing of the recipe.
Across its global network, the agency won 22 awards in total, including one FABulous Award, 9 FAB Awards and 12 Nominations.
