‘A Professional Grade Surprise’ Pranks GMC Employees with Hovercraft, Jet Pack
How do you rattle up one of GMC's professional, well-informed certified service advisers? It’s not easy.
To get more customers into GMC dealerships versus independent garages, Leo Burnett Detroit released their inner prankster to promote GMC’s new, professional certified service.
“A Professional Grade Surprise" features real GMC technicians who are pranked by customers arriving in bizarre mobility devices such as a hovercraft and a jetpack. Eight hidden cameras caught the hilarious, candid reactions of the technicians.
The campaign’s “Only for GMC” message highlights the quality service a GMC technician can provide, but only if it’s related to their realm of expertise — which is anything and everything GMC related.
