Hillshire Farm Celebrates Great Feats with Great Meats with Oh, Hill Yeah Sammies Launch

Hillshire Farm and Leo Burnett build on their successful “Oh, Hill Yeah” creative platform, collaborating with Emmy-nominated actress and comedian, Amy Sedaris.

Earlier this year Hillshire Farm, in partnership with Leo Burnett, launched the “Oh Hill, Yeah” creative platform to celebrate the greatness and deliciousness of Hillshire lunchmeats, sausages and snacks. The next iteration of work, entitled “Oh Hill, Yeah Sammies,” plays with the cultural truth that having a delicious sandwich named after you is a serious flex. It’s a symbol of your awesomeness.

Leo Burnett has developed the integrated campaign that comes alive across digital, social, OOH and includes a major partnership with cookbook author, actor, and Emmy-nominated comedian Amy Sedaris, who uses Hillshire Farm’s deli meat to create craveable custom sandwiches inspired by, and named after, a handful of iconic individuals and famous friends such as The Andy Coham and The David Hasselhoagie.

Hillshire first announced the new brand campaign and first wave of work since selecting Leo Burnett as their creative agency of record earlier this year.

Leo Burnett is refreshing the iconic 80-year-old Hillshire Farm brand to be more fun, progressive, and culture-centric while showcasing their historied legacy as high-quality meat producer.
